Who are we
More than a non-profit association, we are a warm and welcoming community of Brazilian parents living in Denmark.
We work collaboratively and on a volunteer basis to organize events and activities that promote Brazilian language and culture for our children.
The association is maintained through the annual contributions of its members.
Brasileirinhos-dk is structured around two pillars: the Board and the Community.

Our history
Brasileirinhos-dk was born from a group of Brazilian mothers in Denmark who gathered to exchange experiences about motherhood, facing together the challenges and achievements of living in a new country.
As the group and the children grew, the dream of creating an educational space in Portuguese focused on Brazilian culture emerged. This dream became a reality in 2013 and continues to grow, promoting integration, learning, and joy.

INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT
The institutional support of the Brazilian Embassy and the Municipality of Copenhagen provides us with the necessary assistance to carry out our activities, especially through the provision of spaces for events, activities, and the library.
